Jio Mart eCommerce User Ecosystem study

Jio Mart is an Indian online grocery delivery service, started as a joint venture between Reliance Retail and Jio Platforms. Jio Mart delivers grocery and daily essentials from nearby stores. It typically does not maintain any warehouses but allows the local retailer and Kirana (local grain merchants) to list their products on the Jio Mart portal and sell them to customer via App and WhatsApp.

Develop a comprehensive experience for the Jio Mart app by addressing the following challenges:

1. How will Facebook be integrated into the app’s functionality and user experience?

2. What strategies will differentiate Jio Mart from existing applications and attract users?

3. Who will be the sellers on the platform, and how will they be recruited?

4. How will sellers generate profit through Jio Mart, and what incentives will be provided?

5. What additional features can be introduced to enhance user satisfaction and engagement?
